I just created a dojo based YUIDOC theme, it’s similar to Dojotoolkit Api.

Feature:

• Ajax based explorer, easy to navigate
• Multi-languages support.
• use SyntaxHighlighter to highlight syntax

It has some performance issue in Firefox < 4 for huge project (like YUI), and IE <9 is not supported (well, not tested )
